As a sign of gratitude for the help she received, Mrs. Becky, an immigrant from the Republic of Congo, did not fail to say a big thank you to G and G, which represents the Good Helper Foundation and General Assistance.

Becky was very worried at the mere thought that once she gave birth, she would have to continue her life with her newborn by staying at the shelter.

To her great surprise she learned that the GHF offered to help them move into their own apartment with General Assistance’s help. Please listen to her expressions of thankfulness a few days before her baby was due:

I am very happy!! Very, very overjoyed in my heart for the way GHF has supported us. In fact, I am pregnant and ready to give birth. I didn't have a home and thanks to GHF we found a place! A very nice home too, so I'm very happy with it. The GHF also gave us a big surprise. I also really want to thank the social general assistance, they are continuing to really help us, God bless them.
